Children
Regrettably the lodge does not have facilities to accommodate children under the age of 10 years. Children over the age of 10 will be charged the full rate.
Game drives
The published standard-rate inclusions do not include game drives. A 2.5 hour guided game drive in an open safari vehicle on the reserve
Summer Times: 06:30 and 16:00
Winter Times: 07:00 and 15:30
Cost: R420 per person
Please note: Pre-bookings are essential. Minimum of two guests required. Single guests to require about availability at the lodge reception.
Meal Times
Breakfast: Served between 09h00 and 11h00 with last seating at 10h30
Lunch: Lunch is available at an additional cost, between 12h00 and 14h00
Afternoon Snacks: served in the main lodge bar/lounge. Summer: 15h30 / Winter: 15h00
Dinner: Dinner is served 19h00–21h00 (last seating 20h00). Guests checking in after 18h00 are requested to confirm dinner requirements by 16h00.
Dietary requirements
Please share your requirements before arrival.
Beverages
The lodge is fully licensed. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol or beverages onto the premises. Guests arriving with their own alcohol or beverages will be charged a corkage fee.
Corkage Fee: R90 per can/bottle and R90 per tot for any hard liquor. Bottomless tea or filter coffee and one cappuccino per person is included with breakfast. Additional coffee/tea during the day will be charged to the guest’s account.
Payment Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of enquiry to secure any booking. The full amount is due prior to arrival.
Dress Code
Whilst the general dress code at the lodge is casual, gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long pants for the evening dinner in the main lounge / dining area.
